Where do we begin? :) Jeremy is a young man with a big heart. Prior of meeting with him, I had met with a few other real estate agents , which unfortunately was not a good experience. When I met with him, I could see how dedicated and passionate he was about helping us. It is not a job for him and you end up feeling as he is family. Lizzette just finished helping my fiance and me buy our first home. She was incredibly helpful during every stage of the process. We were overwhelmed at first, as there we so many options we had not considered. Lizzette was perceptive of our opinions on each house we viewed with her and she helped us zero-in on a perfect one. Once we found it and our offer was accepted (by the way, she helped us stay calm during the negotiating, without Lizzette we would have gone crazy), she did a great job organizing all of the moving parts required for the close.In our case, there were factors which presented extra difficulty. First, we got financing through my fiance's work which added an annoying layer of bureaucracy. Second, our home is near a park and is classified as a high fire risk. We had trouble finding fire insurance, which was required to close. I think without Lizzette's help navigating this process, we would have failed to get our loan finalized in time for the closing and the sellors might have moved on to another offer.
